How Can I Join DQ Dating?

You will need to provide your gender and select the gender you are seeking to meet. Next, provide your email address and create a password. You will need to create a username, provide your birth year and select the city/town you are from. Then, upload your profile photo. How do I change my current membership plan?

How can I upload a photo to my profile?

You can upload a photo to your profile by clicking the avatar icon in the top right-hand corner of the page when you are logged in to DQ Dating. Select ‘My Profile’. There you will see a larger-sized avatar with the button ‘Upload profile photo’ in the middle of it. Click that button and select the photo you want to upload. Click the ‘Upload’ button. Your photo will go live immediately and it will be visible to other members in DQ Dating. You can add additional photos to your profile by clicking the ‘Add photo to gallery’ button.

How soon does my profile photo appear in DQ Dating?

Your profile will go live immediately and it will be visible to other members in DQ Dating as soon as you click the ‘Upload’ button on the ‘My Profile’ page. Any additional photos uploaded to your gallery will also go live immediately and be visible to other members as soon as you upload them.

What's the difference between the 'profile' photo and the 'gallery' photos?

The photo on your profile page is the one that appears in DQ Dating and in search results. The gallery photos are additional photos that you can upload which allows you to further personalise your profile.

Can I have more than one profile?

Members cannot create more than one membership account with the same email address. Only one unique registration per member is allowed.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept At DQ Dating?

You may pay by debit or credit card using the Stripe online payments system. Stripe can accept a range of credit and debit card payment types including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, China UnionPay, Discover & Diners, and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB). What Trading Name Will Appear On My Bank Statements?

What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you are a UK consumer, you may have the right to cancel the contract (“cooling off”) within 14 days of concluding the contract. However, you lose the right if you agreed to the supply of digital content starting before the end of the cancellation period and you acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel in such case. You must send us clear statement saying that you wish to cancel. We will refund all payments within 14 days thereafter but, if you agreed to us beginning services during the cancellation period, we will deduct reasonable costs to cover the services we performed.
